Here is the finished product after installing your 351W with 360Hp/400ftlb in my 1971 Bronco.  Thanks to your help working out the last few details, the install went very smooth.   It fired right up the first time and has more than enough torque and power for the early Bronco.  I have a 3 1/2" Wild Horses suspension, 2" body lift,  35" Super Swampers, C4 auto, 4 wheel disc brakes a long list of other modifications.  The deep rumble coming out of the Flowmasters turns heads everywhere.  You guys did a great job on the engine!!!

My Bronco is a 1982, which I have owned since 1984.  It started life as a six cylinder.  I put in a 5-speed transmission from a 1989 Ford truck, since most of my travel is Interstate.  Rear-end is a plain Jane Ford 9”, around 3.50 or 3.55.  In September 2002, I purchased Engine Factory’s 408W stroker motor, which I loved.  In December 2004, I bought a 26-foot travel trailer, for my next Army assignment in Fort Bliss, Texas.  I knew I needed an engine with a little more “bottom in” to pull this 6,000-pound camper.  I sold the 408W stroker to my neighbor, for his ’65 Ford Fairlane, and purchased Engine Factory’s 351W (360hp/400lbs of torque).  The engine I ordered was the turnkey model with the serpentine belt option, set up for A/C.  Let me tell you about this engine.  I pulled that camper from my home in Morganton, NC to El Paso.  The trip was a total of 1,649 miles, I added just ˝ quart of oil during the trip!  The gas mileage was excellent; I estimate about 17 MPG at 55-60 MPH!  I was able to easily pull the camper in fifth gear, around 2,000 RPM. Here in the El Paso area, I go off-roading; I can lug up hills at 500 RPM!  And 45 MPH in fifth gear on the road is no problem-around 1,200 RPM.  I get about 19 MPG! As happy as I am with this great engine, I am even happier with the folks at Engine Factory. They always responded immediately to any questions I have had-after the sale.  The folks there have always treated me like a potential customer, after I had their engines!  They stand by their customers, and go out of their way to back up their great company and engines.  I highly recommend the Engine Factory to anyone who wants an outstanding engine, whether for a kit car or daily driver. I will be glad to provide an outstanding reference to anyone thinking of buying from the Engine Factory!

“AIRBORNE!”

The 351W is exactly what I expected. And with a little carb calibration, it's a handful to hold on to. My 1966 F100 runs as good as it looks. Sandersons with two and one half inch pipes, plus Flowmasters make it breath and sound great.

I'll be into a new project as soon as my new shop is built and will need power for it too.

Great job!
