Precision CNC machined from solid billet 6061-T6 aluminum to fit perfectly and handle high torque and vibration. This is the same material used for NASCAR pulleys! These bracket kits come installed onto our motors complete with stainless steel tensioning rods and chrome moly rod ends for high performance operation. The Pulleys are Powdercoated to eliminate polishing in those hard to reach places. These pulleys will not fracture like common cast pulleys. High tensile strength means much longer wear. Surfaces are hard coated in the high wear areas on the high water flow ratio pulleys! This helps at critical low speed driving. All pulleys have a maintenance-free clear powdercoat.
