MIKE'S TR6
WITH A FORD V8

My 73 TR6/8 love the engine, people are very surprised when I raise the hood,
runs like a dream. Thanks for the support, I have recommended your company
to several and also mentioned it on the British V/8 web site.
This car really scoots.

I will give you a run down on where I am at, and attach a few pics.

I started with a 1973 TR I purchased off of E-Bay, car was originally from Arizona. 3rd owner I bought it from lived in San Francisco - very little rust.

Its a carb version and ready to run. I decided to use a C-4 auto with a B&M cable ratchet shifter which enabled me to position the engine as far back as I wished. I ordered the engine with a reversed oil pan and I did not have to do any cutting of the front cross member. The mechanical fuel pump clears the frame ok but I had to use a remote oil filter kit. I am using an aluminum Griffin radiator from Summit racing with a flex-a-lite black magic electrical fan. Every thing fits under the stock hood with about an inch to spare.

PS: my Calif. plates are TR 5LITR
