Here at the Engine Factory every Turnkey Engine Assembly undergoes a series of quality Control Checks. When the Engine is started up in our test Stand it runs for 1 hour under real world conditions.  A radiator and and Exhaust system is hooked up so the following tests are done and documented :

1.    A Cold and Hot oil pressure test is performed.

2.    The Distributor Timing is set and locked in place.

3.    Carburetor idle mixture screws are adjusted and balanced.

4.    Idle is set

5.    Engine Manifold vacuum readings are recorded

6.    Water Temperature readings are recorded.

7.    Engine is checked over very closely for any oil leaks, water and fuel leaks.

8.    A Detailed video is done of your exact engine running which assists with the installation.

    Only after all of the above Quality control tests have been achieved does the engine get crated to ship to your destination.
