Boss Fuel Injection

Convenience of a carburetor with the Efficiency of fuel injection

Over the years we have yet to see a fuel injection system that lived up to it's hype; that was until now. The Boss EFI is for real! Converting a carbureted muscle car and kit car engine over to fuel injection always required additional cost, labor time, diagnostic time and electronic know-how to install and fine tune . We had experimented with other systems like Edelbrock , Holley and Mass Flo efi. Each are excellent companies in there own right but they're definite distinctive benefits to the Boss EFI from the others out there. The 3 big advantages: No fuel return lines, no camshaft restrictions and it uses a standard carbureted manifold and distributor.  Read more below.............

Technical Highlights Include:

  1. New technology with an old school look.

  2. No Fuel Rails to assemble. 4 individual Injectors are built into the Actual Throttle Body

  3. Plug and Play. No programming necessary to get up and running. Hook up Hot + ground wires and Drive. It can be fine tuned with a Laptop to get even better gas mileage and performance. System adjusts & learns itself as the engine is run in.

  4. System mounts on a standard dual plane or single manifold.

  5. A standard electronic Distributor can be used. No restriction on the Camshaft being used. Not affected by Vacuum.

  6. Throttle Body uses 4 high pressure injectors. Has the same linkage fittings as a Holley Carb.

  7. No Return fuel lines necessary up to 550HP. Fuel pressure regulator built in to modulate pulse width.(This is what really makes this great. You can spend a lot of time and money just on return fuel lines and plumbing)

  8. No Computer Chips to Burn.

  9. No limit on camshaft. Fuel injection system is not effected by vacuum.

  10. Comes with High pressure fuel pump & O2 Sensor Bung

  11. Computer can hooked up under the dash or any dry area

  12. Wiring harness requires very few Hookups.

  13. Engine hot run tested at our facility unlike many other EFI systems that can't be run without extra Dyno time to do so.

  14. Runs hundreds and some cases thousands of dollars less than most other Fuel injection systems.
