Every engine sold does not get Dyno Tested but the same or similar blueprint of parts has been used to achieve consistent results.
It’s not unusual for readings to vary 5-10% + or – from what was advertised. Contributing factors for instance - Temperature, Altitude, Timing, tuning of the engine, vehicle differences etch. can all affect the performance of an engine.
