What is the difference between the I Beam & H Beam Rod + Strength difference?
Most street applications the use of I Beam Rods do a great job, especially for the 302 based motor. Engineered to be 30-35% stronger than factory connecting Rods
Forged H-beams are little stronger and flex less than the I-beams but they're also heavier. H-beams also cost a little more. They are a must for a very high RPM engine though.
